Blair began her nursing career as an ICU nurse before serving as the Executive Director for a large hospice agency in both Texas, and California. She has a unique background with over a decade of experience in nursing leadership roles that prepared her for the role of Regional Director of Southeast Texas at Family Tree Private Care. Blair graduated from Western Governors University earning her BSN and is continuing her education to obtain an MBA in healthcare.

Her passion for the home care field began with her personal experience caring for her mom as she battled MS and eventually transitioned to hospice care where she passed in 2003. Blair is passionate about Family Tree’s mission as it allows the opportunity for clients to fulfill their wishes of not returning to the hospital and stay in the only home they have ever known. Blair, her husband John, and their two children Lauren and Owen live in Conroe, Texas and enjoy cruises, sports and adventures in their free time.
