Director of Operations

Claire has worked in the field of aging services since 2011, wearing many different hats. Her career began with a focus on private care management, previously serving as Client Services Manager and Care Manager for ProperCare, and then as Director of Accountable Aging Care Management through an integration into Family Tree Private Care. 

As Director of Operations, Claire works to support the company with thoughtful process evaluation focused on service outcomes and team performance. Her passion is to help the staff provide high quality professional service to each of its valued clients and enjoy doing it! Claire’s organizational skills and attention to detail, along with her experience in the field and genuine concern for families’ needs motivate her focus on improvement, helping us get better every day.  

Claire graduated cum laude with a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree and a minor in Mathematics from Southern Illinois University Edwardsville. Claire, her husband Tom, and Blue Heeler Uno live in Austin, Texas. They enjoy friendships, outdoor adventure, and live music.
