Jeanette Allen

Director of Nursing, Colorado

Jeanette is a seasoned senior living nurse expert, having spent much of her career in skilled long term  care facilities as both Director of Nursing and Licensed Nursing Home Administrator.  Jeanette transitioned to a multi-facility role as a regional nurse with a couple smaller organizations and then as a divisional nurse with Senior Lifestyle Corporation in Chicago, IL.  Jeanette eventually transitioned to Vice President of Health & Wellness for two small operators in Colorado – utilizing her years of clinical and leadership expertise to develop policies and procedures, provide support to community leaders, and to oversee regulatory activity for the communities.  Much of Jeanette’s responsibility was to mentor, coach and train clinical wellness teams in the senior living communities she managed.  Jeanette is certified in wound therapy and as a director of assisted living.  Jeanette is a member of the American Nursing Association and the Colorado Nursing Association.  She has made the transition to home care as she’s passionate about the wellness and safety of older American’s.
