Choice Health at Home has acquired Family Tree Private Care, solidifying its comprehensive continuum of care for patients in Texas, Colorado and the southwestern U.S. Since 2017, Family Tree has completed more than 20 acquisitions and built a reputation as a provider of private caregiving, nursing and care management services. With this merger, Family Tree’s
